Hire a Coach
When hiring a workcoach, the time, date, venue, delivery method and session type are agreed. Choose from a workcoach programme or you can create a programme with your coach to suit your needs – then the coaching conversation begins.

Our coaches deliver great value, easily accessible coaching that empowers manager’s employees, students and jobseekers worldwide - to love the job they are in.

Our coaches are trained to Diploma level by the ILI and are members of the Life & Business Coach Association of Ireland.


One-to-one coaching at work

A coaching conversation lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and costs €75 euro per hour and can be held in person or over the phone. A minimum of 5 coaching sessions is advised or 3 sessions in addition to employees participating in a workplace programme.

One-to-one coaching for students and jobseekers

A coaching conversation lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and costs €50 euro per hour and is held in person in a suitable location. To achieve the best results, a minimum of 5 coaching sessions is advised.

Group coaching

Group coaching can be held within a department, with a group of managers or as outplacement for workers facing retirement or redundancy. Group coaching takes place over a number of sessions, each session lasting 1-2 hrs and costing between €100 - €400 (based on numbers)

Some examples of groups who previously engaged in group coaching includes workplaces, schools, employment organisations (LES), Community (WLP) ICA, Macra, Womens Network, BNI, Chamber of Commerce
